Dave and I went down to the neighbors to chat tonight after the kids had been put to bed. We were gone about an hour and when I walked into the back door I saw this on the counter.
Ohhhhh, he knows me so well! I kind of have this bad habit of picking things up and putting them away before the kids and Dave are done using them. They get the milk, leave it on the counter and walk over the the pantry to pick out cereal. I walk through the kitchen, see the milk and put it in the fridge. It freaks them all out. Sorry.....I just hate things laying around. So apparently Brandon has resorted to leaving me notes. Poor kid.......

Ha ha. My mom does the same thing. Adam has started saying, "I'm not done with that Kathleen" when I'm taking things before he's done. :)
So Jen...do you have a big sign on your drying about not putting certain clothes in the dryer like Mom did? Mom was a "freak" with her signs in BIG BOLD letters followed by multiple exclamation marks!!!!!

no dad I do not have a sign on my dryer BUT I don't let the kids do the laundry because I am like Mom and have an issue with certain things going in the dryer. I just prefer to do the laundry myself. I know, I know....Dave is always telling me they need to do their own laundry but it's not happening! Don't get me wrong....I have taught them "how" to wash and dry I just don't actually let them do it :) They all fold and put away but they would never dare dry something without asking me!!!
That makes me laugh. We have the exact same issue. I am so bad about cleaning up to fast. AND I am about ready to hang the note on the dryer. Typed. Highlighted. Underlined. It makes me so mad when something of my gets shrunk!!!

3. Brandon walks and talks in his sleep so I guess he figures having to actually reach up and get a new glass would require too much effort! It's "Brandon"....don't try to figure it out, just go with it!

I am laughing at all the comments... and Brandon isn't dumb, he knows his Mom. Whenever the kids drop something they hurry and say...don't worry I will pick it up. Ahhhh I guess they think they can't have an accident...that is not good. I better work on that.
I had to laugh because I do the same thing!!! Pretty clever leaving a note, love it!
